Founder & CEO
I’m Aria Zhang, a serial entrepreneur with nearly a decade of experience in marketing and large-scale platform operations. As the CEO of LifeBridge Surrogacy, I bring a strategic, data-driven mindset to an industry that deeply needs both structure and compassion. My mission is to build a surrogacy platform that is systematic, transparent, and truly focused on the people it serves.
My passion for surrogacy and reproductive healthcare is deeply personal. A close friend of mine went through an incredibly challenging—and ultimately unsuccessful—journey to build a family through surrogacy. Witnessing her emotional and physical toll, and the lack of clarity and support throughout the process, left a lasting impact on me. It made me realize how much this industry needs a more human, transparent, and women-driven approach.
That’s why I founded LifeBridge Surrogacy: to create a platform that empowers intended parents and surrogates alike, with clear communication, reliable support, and dignity at every step. We are committed to offering not just services, but true partnership—where every intended parent feels guided, and every surrogate feels honored.
With my background in building scalable systems and leading high-performance teams, I’m bringing innovation, empathy, and accountability to the surrogacy experience—helping turn the dream of parenthood into a reality, one family at a time.
Leslie Xiong
Co-Founder & COO
I’m Leslie Xiong, a serial entrepreneur with a background in marketing and growth strategy. I hold a degree from HEC Paris and have built my career at the intersection of brand, technology, and operational scale. As the Chief Operating Officer of LifeBridge Surrogacy, I lead our company’s marketing and operations efforts—from digital infrastructure to growth execution—with the goal of delivering a seamless and trusted experience for every intended parent and surrogate we serve.
Before joining LifeBridge, I founded and scaled a North America–based influencer marketing agency, where I worked closely with brands to build authentic consumer connections through content and storytelling. That experience sharpened my belief in the power of trust, clarity, and community—values that I now bring into the surrogacy space.
At LifeBridge, I oversee key functions including website development, CRM system architecture, paid media strategy, and overall operational efficiency. My focus is on building a well-integrated, scalable system that allows our team to provide responsive support, meaningful engagement, and transparent communication at every stage of the journey.
I’m excited to apply my entrepreneurial mindset and execution-driven approach to a mission that truly matters: helping more families come to life through care, technology, and purpose-driven service.

Surrogate Intake Coordinator / Surrogate Support Coach
My name is Jessica Montgomery. I am a Surrogate Intake Coordinator and Surrogate Support Coach. I am also a three-time surrogate with extensive experience in the surrogacy process. My role with Lifebridge is to lead, guide, and support surrogates throughout their surrogacy journey. I have great love and passion for what I do and want to share my knowledge of surrogacy, pregnancy, and fertility with other women to ensure they feel guided and supported through their journey.
Moriah Dickey
Surrogacy Coordinator
My name is Moriah Dickey, and as a Surrogacy Coordinator, I work exclusively with surrogates, providing guidance, advocacy, and unwavering support throughout every stage of their journey. As a mother of four and a two-time surrogate myself, I bring both professional expertise and deeply personal understanding to this role.
Having walked this path twice, I truly understand the emotional, physical, and mental commitment that surrogacy requires. I know the questions, the hopes, the moments of uncertainty, and the incredible sense of purpose that come with helping another family grow. Because of this, I am deeply passionate about ensuring every surrogate feels informed, empowered, respected, and genuinely cared for at every step of the process.
My goal is to be not just a coordinator, but a trusted advocate and partner—someone each surrogate can rely on for honesty, compassion, and encouragement. It is an honor to stand alongside women who are doing something truly extraordinary, and I am committed to giving my very best to every surrogate I have the privilege of supporting.

As a mom of three, patience and a nurturing nature are at the core of who I am. Those qualities carry into the way I guide and support the women who reach out to us. I believe every potential surrogate deserves to feel heard, supported, and confident in the decisions she’s making.

My professional background includes extensive experience liaising with legal counsel, ensuring every contractual process is handled with accuracy and care on behalf of my clients.
