I’m Aria Zhang, a serial entrepreneur with nearly a decade of experience in marketing and large-scale platform operations. As the CEO of LifeBridge Surrogacy, I bring a strategic, data-driven mindset to an industry that deeply needs both structure and compassion. My mission is to build a surrogacy platform that is systematic, transparent, and truly focused on the people it serves.
My passion for surrogacy and reproductive healthcare is deeply personal. A close friend of mine went through an incredibly challenging—and ultimately unsuccessful—journey to build a family through surrogacy. Witnessing her emotional and physical toll, and the lack of clarity and support throughout the process, left a lasting impact on me. It made me realize how much this industry needs a more human, transparent, and women-driven approach.
That’s why I founded LifeBridge Surrogacy: to create a platform that empowers intended parents and surrogates alike, with clear communication, reliable support, and dignity at every step. We are committed to offering not just services, but true partnership—where every intended parent feels guided, and every surrogate feels honored.
With my background in building scalable systems and leading high-performance teams, I’m bringing innovation, empathy, and accountability to the surrogacy experience—helping turn the dream of parenthood into a reality, one family at a time.
Leslie Xiong
Co-Founder & COO
I’m Leslie Xiong, a serial entrepreneur with a background in marketing and growth strategy. I hold a degree from HEC Paris and have built my career at the intersection of brand, technology, and operational scale. As the Chief Operating Officer of LifeBridge Surrogacy, I lead our company’s marketing and operations efforts—from digital infrastructure to growth execution—with the goal of delivering a seamless and trusted experience for every intended parent and surrogate we serve.
Before joining LifeBridge, I founded and scaled a North America–based influencer marketing agency, where I worked closely with brands to build authentic consumer connections through content and storytelling. That experience sharpened my belief in the power of trust, clarity, and community—values that I now bring into the surrogacy space.
At LifeBridge, I oversee key functions including website development, CRM system architecture, paid media strategy, and overall operational efficiency. My focus is on building a well-integrated, scalable system that allows our team to provide responsive support, meaningful engagement, and transparent communication at every stage of the journey.
I’m excited to apply my entrepreneurial mindset and execution-driven approach to a mission that truly matters: helping more families come to life through care, technology, and purpose-driven service.
Moriah Dickey
Senior Case Manager
My name is Moriah Dickey, and as a Surrogacy Coordinator, I work exclusively with surrogates, providing guidance, advocacy, and unwavering support throughout every stage of their journey. As a mother of four and a two-time surrogate myself, I bring both professional expertise and deeply personal understanding to this role.
Having walked this path twice, I truly understand the emotional, physical, and mental commitment that surrogacy requires. I know the questions, the hopes, the moments of uncertainty, and the incredible sense of purpose that come with helping another family grow. Because of this, I am deeply passionate about ensuring every surrogate feels informed, empowered, respected, and genuinely cared for at every step of the process.
My goal is to be not just a coordinator, but a trusted advocate and partner—someone each surrogate can rely on for honesty, compassion, and encouragement. It is an honor to stand alongside women who are doing something truly extraordinary, and I am committed to giving my very best to every surrogate I have the privilege of supporting.
Michala Gallina
Senior Intake Coordinator
My name is Michala Gallina, and I am the Intake Coordinator here at LifeBridge Surrogacy. As a two-time surrogate myself, I have a deep personal connection to this journey and a true passion for the surrogacy field. Having experienced the process firsthand, I understand the emotions, questions, and excitement that come with considering surrogacy, and I feel honored to support women as they explore this path.
As a mom of three, patience and a nurturing nature are at the core of who I am. Those qualities carry into the way I guide and support the women who reach out to us. I believe every potential surrogate deserves to feel heard, supported, and confident in the decisions she’s making.
I will be your first point of contact at LifeBridge Surrogacy, here to answer your questions with honesty, compassion, and real-life experience. I truly love educating women about surrogacy and creating a safe, welcoming space where you can ask any questions—big or small—while exploring this incredible journey.
Kimberly Wallace
Intake Coordinator
My name is Kimberly and I am the intake specialist here at LifeBridge. Having 3 children, I realized how much of a blessing being a mother was and it broke my heart knowing some may never get to feel this. That’s my “why” for being a surrogate.
I’ve been a surrogate three times but have since hung up my hat and am now helping others complete their own journey as a surrogate. I’m very passionate about all things surrogacy and with my personal and professional experience, I am here to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Surrogacy can be an emotional roller coaster but its a lot less crazy when you have the right team behind you!

As a dedicated professional with a background in education and surrogate intake coordination, I bring both knowledge and compassion to the work I do. My experience supporting individuals through meaningful journeys has shaped my ability to connect, listen, and guide others with empathy and care.
In addition to my professional experience, I am a proud mom of two, which has deeply influenced my perspective and strengthened my passion for helping families grow.
Having also been a surrogate myself, I offer a unique, firsthand understanding of the surrogacy journey- allowing me to support others with both insight and genuine compassion.
I am passionate about building connections, creating supportive experiences, and helping others feel seen and understood every step of the way.
BreeAnn Moore
Medical Coordinator
I am a certified medical assistant with an Associate of Applied Science degree, and I bring both clinical understanding and deep compassion to everything I do. As a mom of four, I know firsthand the immense joy that a child brings to a family. Currently on my own journey as a surrogate, my mission is to be a powerful voice and advocate for others, including my little sister, who face the challenges of PCOS and infertility. I am dedicated to helping families navigate alternative paths to parenthood with the medical insight and empathy they deserve.
Shuki Qu
Matching Manager
I believe that every surrogacy journey begins with trust, understanding, and the right connection. I joined LifeBridge because I enjoy working with people and helping them build meaningful relationships during one of the most important times in their lives. As a Matching Manager, I work closely with IPs and GCs throughout the all process, helping them know each other and find the right fit. I believe that strong communication, mutual respect, and compassion are also essential to creating a positive experience for everyone involved.
Before joining LifeBridge, I worked as a Mandarin Chinese teacher in an immersion language program, where I had the opportunity to work with students and families from diverse backgrounds. That experience taught me the importance of listening, patience, and building trust through open communication. I enjoy getting to know each family’s unique story and helping guide them through the early stages of their journey. My goal is to make the whole process as comfortable, supportive, and rewarding as possible for everyone involved.
Rebecca Zhou
Matching Manager
My name is Rebecca Zhou, Matching Manager at LifeBridge Surrogacy. I am Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Having spent much of my life in both China and the United States, I bring a cross-cultural perspective and a deep appreciation for connecting with people from different backgrounds.
In my personal life, I witnessed a family member navigate the challenges of cancer and ultimately welcome a baby girl through surrogacy. Seeing firsthand the hope and joy that surrogacy brought to my family gave me a profound appreciation for surrogacy and the journey intended parents take to build their families.
My professional background includes experience in healthcare, medical interpretation, and marketing management. I worked in clinical healthcare environments, served as a Mandarin interpreter for medical, legal, and other professional settings. Combined with my background in project management and communications, I bring a structured, detail-oriented approach to managing complex processes, facilitating effective communication, and keeping everyone involved informed and aligned.
