I’m Aria Zhang, a serial entrepreneur with nearly a decade of experience in marketing and large-scale platform operations. As the CEO of LifeBridge Surrogacy, I bring a strategic, data-driven mindset to an industry that deeply needs both structure and compassion. My mission is to build a surrogacy platform that is systematic, transparent, and truly focused on the people it serves.
My passion for surrogacy and reproductive healthcare is deeply personal. A close friend of mine went through an incredibly challenging—and ultimately unsuccessful—journey to build a family through surrogacy. Witnessing her emotional and physical toll, and the lack of clarity and support throughout the process, left a lasting impact on me. It made me realize how much this industry needs a more human, transparent, and women-driven approach.
That’s why I founded LifeBridge Surrogacy: to create a platform that empowers intended parents and surrogates alike, with clear communication, reliable support, and dignity at every step. We are committed to offering not just services, but true partnership—where every intended parent feels guided, and every surrogate feels honored.
With my background in building scalable systems and leading high-performance teams, I’m bringing innovation, empathy, and accountability to the surrogacy experience—helping turn the dream of parenthood into a reality, one family at a time.

I’m Leslie Xiong, a serial entrepreneur with a background in marketing and growth strategy. I hold a degree from HEC Paris and have built my career at the intersection of brand, technology, and operational scale. As the Chief Operating Officer of LifeBridge Surrogacy, I lead our company’s marketing and operations efforts—from digital infrastructure to growth execution—with the goal of delivering a seamless and trusted experience for every intended parent and surrogate we serve.
Before joining LifeBridge, I founded and scaled a North America–based influencer marketing agency, where I worked closely with brands to build authentic consumer connections through content and storytelling. That experience sharpened my belief in the power of trust, clarity, and community—values that I now bring into the surrogacy space.
At LifeBridge, I oversee key functions including website development, CRM system architecture, paid media strategy, and overall operational efficiency. My focus is on building a well-integrated, scalable system that allows our team to provide responsive support, meaningful engagement, and transparent communication at every stage of the journey.
I’m excited to apply my entrepreneurial mindset and execution-driven approach to a mission that truly matters: helping more families come to life through care, technology, and purpose-driven service.

Family Support Program Collaborator & Case Manager
With over 20 years of experience in surrogacy, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to every family I serve. As a former intended parent myself, I navigated this journey during the early days of IVF when the field was still relatively new. This firsthand experience has given me deep insight into the hopes, concerns, and emotions that families face throughout the surrogacy process.
My passion for surrogacy stems from a fundamental belief that the gift of life is truly priceless. There is nothing more rewarding than helping families achieve their dreams of parenthood while supporting surrogates through this meaningful experience.
As a Family Support Program Collaborator and Case Manager, I am dedicated to providing comprehensive guidance and support at every step of your journey. My role combines professional knowledge with genuine care, ensuring that both intended parents and surrogates feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.
